Supply Chain Management
Introduction
Supply Chain Management is where all organizations involved in a project work in a collaborative, planned and organized way for mutual benefit and to deliver end client satisfaction. Each organization is a link of the chain, adding value at each stage in the project process in order to optimize performance and encourage the efficient use of resources for the whole supply chain.

A typical construction supply chain would include: client, architect/designer, manufacturer, merchant, principle contractor, sub-contractors and facility maintenance.
