| Travis Perkins Operate Clients Own Stores |

Under this option, Travis Perkins will assume responsibility for the management & operation of stores at the clients existing premises. TP IT systems would be installed & a management structure appointed to oversee the stock management & operation of the facility.
The main client benefits for this option include: existing staff transferred to TP under TUPE regulations where applicable, TP take responsibility for stock damage, shrinkage & obsolescence, client costs reduced through nil stock holding & reduced staffing overheads. |

| Greenfield Site |

In conjunction with the relevant Public Sector Organisation or Contractor, Travis Perkins would identify suitable premises for the relocation of the existing stores. Travis Perkins would then operate & manage the new facilities either as a sole arrangement between the two parties or as an element of a new trading branch.

The existing stores would be retained & managed by the Local Authority, contractor etc, for which Travis Perkins would become sole supplier of building materials.
