- Purchasing Card transactions are summarized on a monthly statement, which reduces the administration time taken to process traditional invoices.
- Purchase order paperwork can be reduced since transactions by Purchasing Card are effectively a cash purchase.
- Line Item VAT detail is approved for reclaim purposes by HM customs & Excise. This means that individual cash invoices need not be retained, thus further reducing administration costs.
